Consultations are planning sessions only; prices do not include prints, canvases, or digital files. After your consultation, you’ll receive an estimate outlining size, medium, timeline, and full terms. A password‑protected concept link with a watermarked image will be provided for review. Work begins once the concept is approved, the contract is signed, and a non‑refundable materials deposit is paid (applied to the final invoice). Final payment is required before delivery. All custom artwork is final sale, and the artist retains copyright unless otherwise agreed.
